Winnsboro Police arrested two women for drug dealing on June 3, 2024.
39-year-old Jennifer Banna Marshburn from Rowlett was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG1 over 4 grams and less than 200 grams. Her bond was set at $75,000.
Tracy Ellen Gunter, aged 32 and from Emory, was also arrested on the same day for open warrants from Dallas County. Gunter faced two separate warrants for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG1 over 4 grams and less than 200 grams. She was subsequently extradited to Dallas County to face those charges.
