On Friday, May 24, 2024, Greenville Police Officers executed a warrant arrest on 21-year-old Arely Rodriguez of Dallas. The warrant was for a charge of Assault of a Pregnant Person, stemming from an incident on August 6, 2023, when Commerce Police Officers responded to a disturbance call at a home. After the initial investigation, Rodriguez was taken into custody.
Rodriguez was incarcerated for three months and released on November 10, 2023, to Dallas County authorities for a parole violation related to a charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a case that is still pending.
Rodriguez faces multiple legal issues due to her violent behavior. On April 22, 2024, she was arrested in Dallas and charged with Forgery and four counts of Smuggling of Persons. She was arrested again on May 4, 2024, in Collin County on a warrant for Forgery of a Financial Instrument.
