The Marshall Police Department announced the arrest of three suspects in connection with the murder of 13-year-old Tristian Phelps. The arrests were made within the past 16 hours, thanks to the diligent efforts of law enforcement agencies including the Harrison County Violent Crime and Narcotics Task Force, Marshall Police Department, Harrison County Sheriff’s Office, Tyler Police Department, and Jefferson Police Department.
The individuals arrested and charged with murder are identified as Donyan Dillard, 35, of Marshall, Devin Hurd, 22, of Marshall, and Jaquavious Robinson, 21, also of Marshall.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities express gratitude for the support and cooperation of the community. They urge anyone with information about the incident to come forward, emphasizing that even the smallest detail could be significant in seeking justice for Tristian.
