The Top Workplaces D-FW accolades, organized by The Dallas Morning News and Medium Giant, are facilitated by research partner Energage. The ranking is based on a comprehensive employee survey that assesses various aspects of workplace excellence, including company leadership, compensation, training, workplace flexibility, and diversity.
This year marked the 15th edition of the Top Workplaces awards in D-FW, with a record-breaking participation of nearly 6,000 nominated companies and feedback gathered from over 166,000 employees.
