Paris police officers were alerted to a "Road Rage" incident on Sunday morning, October 29, 2023, at 12:51, which took place on Lamar Avenue. The suspect involved intentionally collided with the victim's vehicle multiple times, initiating the confrontation in the 6100 block of Lamar Avenue and then again in the 3700 block of Lamar.
Responding to the situation, Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) officers spotted the suspect's vehicle in the 2600 block of Lamar. They identified the driver as Luis George Calvillo-Castro and proceeded to apprehend him.
Luis George Calvillo-Castro was subsequently arrested on charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and transported to jail. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.
