On Friday, September 1, 2023, at 10:41 pm, a routine contact in the 2400 block of N. Main Street in Paris, Texas led to the arrest of two individuals, Dwayne Gonzales and Jennifer Hollowell. Officers discovered that both individuals were in possession of credit cards and identifying information that did not belong to them. Among the seized items were driver's licenses and other types of identification belonging to different individuals.
Following the discovery, both Dwayne Gonzales and Jennifer Hollowell were charged with Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information. They were subsequently taken into custody and placed in jail pending further legal proceedings. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the matter.
