SHERMAN, Texas — Three people were arrested Saturday after Grayson County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a reported burglary in progress at a residence north of Sherman.
Deputies were dispatched on June 20, 2026, to the 4200 block of North Loy Lake Road after receiving reports that multiple individuals were allegedly burglarizing a property.
Due to the active nature of the investigation, a portion of North Loy Lake Road was temporarily closed while deputies and investigators processed the scene and collected evidence.
Authorities thanked motorists and residents for their patience during the roadway closure.
Following the investigation, deputies arrested three suspects.
Hunter Keith Webster, 28, was charged with Burglary and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
Amaijah Denice Oliver, 20, was charged with Burglary and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
Julia Paige Woodrum, 33, faces the most extensive list of charges, including Burglary, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3, Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Correctional Facility, and Failure to Identify as a Fugitive from Justice.
Investigators have not released details regarding what was allegedly targeted during the burglary or whether additional suspects may be involved.
The Grayson County Sheriff's Office said the investigation remains active and that other aspects of the case continue to be reviewed.
Authorities encouraged residents to continue reporting suspicious activity, noting that information from community members often plays a critical role in helping law enforcement solve crimes and protect neighborhoods.
