DELTA COUNTY, Texas — The Delta County Sheriff’s Office announced it will relocate its administrative operations to a new facility beginning May 1, 2026.
The new location, at 30 Texas Highway 24, is expected to improve efficiency, functionality and accessibility for both the public and department personnel.
Sheriff Marshall Lynch said the move reflects the agency’s commitment to meeting the needs of the community.
“This move represents our commitment to ensuring that the Delta County Sheriff’s Office remains equipped to meet the needs of our community—both today and in the future,” Lynch said. “Our goal is to provide a professional, responsive and accessible law enforcement presence for all residents of Delta County.”
Officials said all administrative operations and public services will be conducted at the new facility starting May 1. Jail operations and dispatch services will remain at the current location to ensure continuity of emergency services.
The department said there will be no disruption in service during the transition, and emergency response capabilities will remain fully operational.
