Forney, TX - On Wednesday, December 10, 2025, the Forney Police Department’s Narcotics Section, in partnership with the Kaufman County Street Crimes Unit and the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), executed a search and arrest warrant in the 1800 block of Purtis Creek Drive in the Gateway Addition.
The operation followed a lengthy investigation into narcotics activity in the area. During the raid, officers seized multiple firearms and various illegal substances, including suspected fentanyl, THC wax, ecstasy, and marijuana.
Five individuals connected to the investigation were taken into custody. Additional charges are expected as the investigation continues.
The Forney Police Department stated that, per policy, suspect information will not be released until arraignment before the City of Forney Municipal Court Judge.
The department thanked its law enforcement partners for their support in carrying out the operation and emphasized its ongoing commitment to combating illegal drug activity in the community.
