The Texas Department of Public Safety is asking for the public’s help identifying the driver of a silver passenger car involved in a hit-and-run crash in Collin County. The crash happened on November 16, 2025, around 11:50 a.m. at 5910 State Highway 78, between Farmersville and Blue Ridge.
Investigators say the silver car pulled out of a private drive, failed to yield, and hit a motorcycle traveling north on Highway 78. The driver of the car left the scene. DPS believes the vehicle may have front bumper or headlight damage.
Anyone with information can submit an anonymous tip to North Texas Crime Stoppers at 877-373-8477 or through their website. A cash reward is available for information that leads to the driver’s arrest and indictment.
