MARSHALL, Texas -- A man wanted on warrants for serious violent crimes was arrested in Diana on Friday after barricading himself inside a residence.
On September 26, the Marshall Police Department’s Special Response Team (SRT), working with the Upshur County Sheriff’s Office, took Florencio Scott Sauceda, II, 23, into custody. Sauceda was wanted on charges of Sexual Assault of a Child and Continuous Violence Against Family.
