MARSHALL, Texas — A multi-agency investigation led by the Marshall Police Department has resulted in the arrest of two men following an early morning vehicle shooting that left one person seriously injured.

On Sunday, August 24, 2025, at approximately 2:33 a.m., officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 400 block of W. Pinecrest Drive. Shortly after, police were notified that a gunshot victim had arrived at a local hospital with wounds to both legs.

Detectives from the Marshall Police Department Criminal Investigation Division, along with members of the Joint Harrison County Violent Crime and Narcotics Task Force and the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office, launched an investigation. Working through the night, investigators executed multiple search warrants and followed leads that quickly identified suspects.

The victim remains in serious condition.

The investigation is ongoing, and authorities say additional charges may be filed. Anyone with information is asked to contact Sgt. Farnham at 903-934-7854 or call Marshall/Harrison County Crimestoppers at 903-935-9969 to remain anonymous.
