LONGVIEW, Texas – On Monday, August 11, 2025, the Gregg County Organized Drug Enforcement (CODE) Unit, with assistance from the Longview Police Department’s Special Investigations and Apprehension (SIA) Unit, executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Hubbard Drive.
Agents seized approximately 29 grams of cocaine, 6 grams of methamphetamines, 3 grams of amphetamine pills, and 2 grams of Xanax.
Delany Chamoun Rossum, 25, of Longview, was arrested and charged with Manufacturing and Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1 ≥4G<200G, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG3 <28G, and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1/1-B ≥1G<4G. His bond was set at $47,500.
