A 45-year-old Tyler man with a criminal history of voyeurism dating back to 1999 was arrested Thursday after allegedly following two girls and asking them to change his diaper in a neighborhood near Andy Woods Elementary School.
Wesley Worl was taken into custody and charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass, along with other charges related to previous incidents. Arrest affidavits state that two girls were riding bikes and scooters when they noticed a silver vehicle following them, stopping when they stopped.
On their way home, the girls saw the same vehicle parked at Andy Woods Elementary School. Worl allegedly exited the vehicle wearing only a diaper and shouted, “Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change.” The frightened girls rode to a nearby home, where a man and his son were in the garage. The man said the girls arrived so quickly they skinned their knees and told him a “scary man” was chasing them.
The man’s son went to search for the vehicle, while a woman inside calmed the girls, who were “visibly shaking” and “truly petrified.” The girls told her that the man had asked, “Will you change my diaper for me?”
Investigators later identified Worl and arrested him at his workplace. Court records show he has been arrested multiple times for voyeurism, including a July 2025 case in which Walmart surveillance allegedly captured him visiting the store on several dates. The store’s manager has expressed intent to pursue charges in that matter.
