A 15-year-old male was pronounced dead at the scene of a water rescue incident near Town Lake Park (901 Woodview Dr) in Prosper on Monday, July 7th.
Prosper Fire Rescue, supported by the Prosper Police Department, responded to reports of a possible drowning at approximately 3:30 p.m. A coordinated search effort was immediately launched, with assistance from the Lewisville Fire Department and the City of Frisco Police and Fire Departments. The teen was located during the search.
Out of respect for the family’s privacy, no further information will be released.
