Second Arrest Made in Livingston Drug Bust; Spouse of Suspect Charged

Antoinette Lyshun Wilson

Antoinette Lyshun Wilson, the spouse of Michael Montgomery, has been arrested in connection with the recent drug trafficking investigation centered at 111 S. Drew Street in Livingston. The arrest follows the execution of a search warrant and subsequent review of evidence by Polk County Narcotics Detectives.

Wilson faces several felony charges:

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 (more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams) – Cocaine.

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 (more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams) – Pressed Methamphetamine pills.

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 (more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams) – Crack cocaine.

  • Abandoning or Endangering a Child – Criminal Negligence.

All charges against Wilson, as well as those previously filed against Michael Montgomery, are subject to Drug-Free Zone enhancements under Texas Health and Safety Code 481.134, due to the offense location's proximity to a protected area.

Sheriff Byron Lyons and Chief Deputy Anthony Lowrie reiterated their commitment to protecting Polk County residents, especially children, from narcotics trafficking.

“This arrest is a continuation of our ongoing efforts to hold narcotics offenders accountable and protect the most vulnerable members of our community,” said Sheriff Lyons.
