Henderson County Man Sentenced to 20 Years for Probation Violation

Alec Edward Graham

Alec Edward Graham was sentenced last week by 3rd District Court Judge Mark Calhoon to 20 years in prison for Possession of Controlled Substance, following a probation revocation.

Graham had initially been granted probation on July 8, 2024. However, he admitted to violating the terms of his probation by committing a new offense of Possession of Controlled Substance in Smith County and failing to comply with his probation conditions.

“Defendants who violate the terms of their probation face serious consequences," said District Attorney Jenny Palmer. "We’re grateful for the dedication of our Henderson County probation officers in helping hold individuals accountable.”
