A Dodd City man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison in Fannin County following his fifth conviction for Driving While Intoxicated.
Clint Warren Howard, 61, was arrested in November 2024 after he drove into oncoming traffic on Highway 56. Authorities reported that Howard's blood alcohol concentration was more than twice the legal limit at the time of his arrest.
The Fannin County District Attorney’s Office confirmed that Howard must serve at least half of his sentence before becoming eligible for parole.
