Two Teens Arrested in Connection with Prosper Graduation Party Medical Emergencies

The Prosper Police Department announced today the arrests of two individuals linked to an incident at an overnight graduation party on Saturday, May 17, where multiple attendees required medical attention and were hospitalized.

As part of an ongoing investigation, Prosper Detectives developed leads identifying two suspects believed to be responsible for the medical emergencies that occurred in the early morning hours of Sunday in the 1600 block of Coit Road.

On May 21, Prosper police detectives secured arrest warrants for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG2 or 2-A (4G<400G) under Texas Health and Safety Code Sec. 481.113, a first-degree felony.

The suspects, identified as Kyle Anashe Muchineuta, 17, of Prosper, and Cesar Alfonso Omana, 18, of Frisco, were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Collin County Jail for booking.

Due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, no further information is available at this time.
