A 34-year-old man, Lebroderick Kevon Norman, was arrested early Sunday morning, December 29, 2024, following a high-speed chase that ended with a crash into a utility pole.
At 4:43 AM, a male driver called 9-1-1 to report that he had offered a ride to Norman, who was extremely intoxicated. The caller stated that Norman, after getting into the driver's seat, began driving erratically and refused to stop despite the caller’s attempts to intervene.
