On Monday morning, December 16th, at 10:07 AM, a Paris Officer responded to the 2100 block of East Cherry Street to serve two felony warrants on Kaugena Lucette Bills, 46. Bills was arrested on the two warrants, each for Theft of Property valued under $2,500, with two or more prior convictions.
The first warrant stemmed from an October incident in the 3800 block of Lamar Avenue, where Bills was accused of stealing a fleece jacket and several Downey Unstopables laundry booster beads. The second warrant resulted from a November incident in the 2600 block of Lamar, involving the theft of bleach and additional laundry detergent.
Bills was booked into the Paris Jail following her arrest.
