On Wednesday, December 11, 2024, Harrison County deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 6400 block of Harris Lake Road in Marshall.
The complainant reported that he had been punched in the nose by his father during an argument. Upon arrival, deputies observed the victim with a bleeding nose. The father, identified as 54-year-old Gary Floyd Clark, admitted to striking his son but refused to provide further details.
Clark was taken into custody and transported to the Harrison County Jail. He has been charged with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence.
