Early Monday morning at 3:13 AM, Paris Police officers responded to a report of a person sleeping in a vehicle for nearly three hours in the 2600 block of Lamar Avenue.
Upon contacting and identifying the individual, officers observed a glass jar containing marijuana residue in plain view. The suspect, 26-year-old Rikki De’Lane L’Orchid Johnson, admitted to possessing contraband in a gray zipper bag on the passenger seat, which she stated was intended for delivery to another person.
Johnson was arrested on two felony charges for Manufacture and Delivery of Controlled Substances: Cocaine and Methamphetamine. She was also booked on three Class C warrants from Paris Municipal Court.
