On Saturday, November 23, 2024, Harrison County deputies executed a warrant service in the 200 block of Younger Road in Diana, Texas, to locate 37-year-old Joshua Michael Hortman, wanted on multiple felony warrants.
Upon arrival, deputies made contact with 37-year-old Nikki Nicole McCoy, who claimed Hortman had left the residence the day before and that no one was currently inside. However, deputies had previously heard movement and voices from inside the home prior to knocking on the door.
Following a search of the residence, deputies found Hortman inside and arrested him on outstanding warrants for Assault Family Violence Strangulation and Motion to Revoke for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
McCoy was also arrested and charged with Hindering the Apprehension of a Known Felon. Hortman’s bond was set at $25,000, while McCoy’s bond had not been set at the time of the report.
