On Sunday, August 4th, Paris Police Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1100 block of SE 34th Street. Upon arrival, they encountered a victim who reported that 17-year-old Gabrielle Monet Hilburn had come to the residence with the intention of fighting.
The victim tried to close the door, but Hilburn forced her way inside and assaulted the victim until a witness intervened.
Hilburn was apprehended while leaving the scene and was subsequently arrested and charged with Burglary of Habitation. She was booked without incident and bonded out of jail on Monday with a $4,000 bond.
