The trailer stolen from Dance & Arts Connection in Royse City was recovered Tuesday night by the Van Zandt County Sheriff’s Office. It was found on the shoulder of Interstate 20 around 7:00 pm, with all the property still inside. The trailer, containing props and set pieces for a national dance competition, was promptly returned to its owners.
The trailer had been reported stolen on Wednesday, June 12, 2024. The Rockwall County Sheriff's Department had been leading the investigation into its theft.
An individual was arrested at his house in Henderson County by the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office in connection with the trailer theft.
