Paris Man Arrested For Assault After Cutting Victim with Box Cutter

Paris Police responded to an assault at Booker T Washington Apartments on Thursday morning, May 30th. They found suspect Brian Keith Alexander, 53, on the premises. Although a significant amount of blood was discovered, the victim was not found. It was determined that Alexander had allegedly cut the victim with a box cutter, prompting the victim to seek medical aid elsewhere. Alexander faces charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Public Intoxication. The victim is reported to be in stable condition.
