On May 9, 2024, officers from the Nacogdoches Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety conducted simultaneous search warrants at two massage establishments located in the city. The establishments were situated in the 1300 block and 3200 block of North University Drive.
Three suspects, identified as Mona Ma, 56, from Katy, TX, Xuefang Wu, 52, from Nacogdoches, TX, and Shuwen Xu, 54, also from Nacogdoches, TX, were arrested during the operation.
Ma and Wu were charged with Indecent Assault, while Xu faced charges of Indecent Assault and Prostitution.
All three suspects were transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail. The warrants stem from an investigation initiated following complaints from members of the community.
Multiple law enforcement agencies and organizations, including the Texas Department of Public Safety, Angelina County Sheriff's Department, and Nacogdoches County District and County Attorney’s Offices, among others, assisted in the investigation and execution of the warrants.
