42-year-old Christopher Eric Tiner was arrested by Paris Police officers on Tuesday, May 6th, in the 400 block of NE 10th Street following a disturbance report.
Tiner was accused by a family member of being intoxicated and assaulting them by striking, kicking, and spitting on them, as well as causing pain to a previously injured hand. Witnesses supported the victim's account, leading to Tiner's arrest.
Tiner, who had a prior conviction for Family Violence in 2020, now faces charges of Assault of a Family or Household with a Previous Conviction, classified as a third-degree felony.
