Paris Police responded to a disturbance on Wednesday morning, May 7th, in the 3500 block of NE Loop 286. Officers encountered Jaquan Daniel Evans, 33, who was engaged in a dispute with a roommate. Evans had reportedly ejected the roommate from their shared hotel room, which had been their residence for the past month.
A subsequent altercation escalated when Evans allegedly threatened the victim with a glass bottle and a metal bucket.
Police arrested Evans without further incident, charging him with making a terrorist threat against a family member.
