On Tuesday, May 7, 2024, 25-year-old Amario Feliciano Zamora of Odessa was arrested for Interference with Railroad Property.
The arrest followed a report from a local woman who spotted Zamora standing in the driveway of her rural home around 8 AM. Concerned, she contacted Sheriff’s Deputies, who responded to find Zamora walking along the railroad track behind a treeline adjacent to her home. The caller mentioned she had seen him holding an unknown black object.
Zamora was subsequently located on the railway and arrested without incident. Since the incident, Zamora has bonded out of jail.
