Search Intensifies for Titus County Suspect in Invasive Recording Case

Former Titus County resident, 54-year-old Ramiro Estupinan Saucedo, remains wanted by the Titus County Sheriff’s Office for charges dating back to a 2019 investigation. Saucedo is sought in connection to allegations of invasive visual recording, where he allegedly placed video recording devices to record family members while bathing or showering. The investigation revealed that Saucedo may have been engaging in this behavior for several months, affecting both adults and children.

Upon being confronted by a family member retrieving one of the recording devices, Saucedo fled the residence in a red Ford pickup. Despite a warrant for his arrest, Saucedo has evaded capture thus far. Investigators have received credible information suggesting that Saucedo fled to Mexico to avoid prosecution. As he has remained at large for five years, his current location and potential alias are unknown.

Authorities stress the importance of locating Saucedo, as there are concerns he may continue his predatory behavior wherever he is. Anyone with information regarding Saucedo's whereabouts is urged to contact law enforcement.
