The Texarkana Police Department along with investigators with the Bowie County Sheriff's Office, Texas Department of Public Safety, Texarkana Arkansas Police Department, Miller County Sheriff's Office, and FBI conducted an undercover sting operation in an attempt to apprehend individual soliciting sex with minors.
The multi-day operation resulted a total of five arrests. Three men were arrested for Online Solicitation of a Minor after they reached out and communicated with an undercover officer that they thought was an underaged girl.
Dylan Dickens (32), Jesus Rosa Rosales (37), and Keith Godfrey (54) were arrested after they each then showed up at the address that the undercover officer gave them.
The sting also netted two other arrests that were not related to an underaged person. Henry Oller (67) and Lance Bradshaw (42) were arrested for Solicitation of Prostitution.
All five men were booked into the Bi-State Jail. Dickens and Godfrey's bond was set at $100,000 each. Bond has not yet been set in the other arrests. Dickens was released from jail on Friday after posting bond.
