On Tuesday afternoon at 2:13, a Paris Community Service Officer addressed a complaint regarding Indecent Exposure in downtown Paris, specifically in the 100 block of South Main Street.
According to reports, the owner of a business in that area received multiple notifications from her business's doorbell camera. Upon reviewing the footage from Friday, April 26, around 11:30 pm, she witnessed a shirtless and shoeless white male individual, who appeared to be wearing an ankle monitor. The footage showed the individual sitting on a bench in front of the business, removing his pants, and engaging in lewd behavior. Following the act, the individual quickly departed, fleeing north on North Main Street.
Authorities have initiated an investigation into the incident.
