A Paris police officer responded to a call regarding a man with a gun on Monday afternoon at 1:42 in the 3800 block of Lamar Avenue.
According to reports, three adults and an infant in a vehicle stated that while they were driving southbound on 271 N, a white male driving a Hyundai passed them, nearly causing them to veer off the road.
An exchange of verbal comments occurred through the vehicle's windows. The driver of the Hyundai reportedly yelled at them while brandishing a black medium to large size pistol with a silencer attachment.
The case is currently under investigation.
