Henderson Police Officers and detectives swiftly responded to a call reporting a possible robbery in progress on Friday, April 26, 2024, in the 1500 block of West Main. Shots had been fired at the scene.
Upon arrival, officers discovered that the business owner had sustained gunshot wounds during the attempted robbery. The suspect had already fled the scene on foot.
The victim received medical treatment for their injuries and was later discharged from the hospital.
