Narcotics Bust in Henderson County: Three Fugitives Apprehended

Mathew Aaron Parks, Anthony Antoine Green and Michael Herman Duff

On April 24, 2024, Narcotics Investigators Jonathan Daille, Jonathan Barrios, and Brad Beddingfield executed a narcotics search warrant at an address on Daniel Boone Lane in the City of Log Cabin. The warrant was issued by 392nd Judicial District Judge Scott McKee.

During the operation, two fugitives were apprehended. 51-year-old Mathew Aaron Parks was found in possession of a significant quantity of methamphetamines, digital scales, and narcotics paraphernalia. He was arrested and taken to the Henderson County Jail, where he faces charges of manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance, in addition to outstanding warrants.

Another individual, 39-year-old Anthony Antoine Green, was also arrested at the scene for possession of suspected methamphetamines and outstanding warrants. He was transported to the Henderson County Jail.

On the same day, K-9 Deputy Edwin Rodriguez and Deputy Jude Bonner, operating in Gun Barrel City, Texas, stopped a white male identified as 55-year-old Michael Herman Duff in the Tamarack subdivision for a traffic violation. Henderson County Communication confirmed Duff was a fugitive. When informed of his warrant, Duff attempted to flee and resisted arrest. After being apprehended, he was found in possession of methamphetamine. Duff was taken to the Henderson County Jail, where additional suspected methamphetamine was found in his possession.

All three individuals are currently awaiting arraignment.
