On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, the Henderson County Crimes Against Children’s Task Force, in collaboration with Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Deputies, carried out a search warrant authorized by 392nd Judicial District Judge Scott McKee.
The search took place at a residence situated north of Brownsboro. Investigators were specifically targeting child pornography, which was discovered in the possession of Randy Nipp II at the residence.
Additionally, Nipp was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamines. Consequently, Nipp was arrested on three counts of possession of child pornography and possession of a controlled substance. He was then transported to the Henderson County Jail and is presently awaiting arraignment.
