Texarkana Police Detectives have issued felony warrants for two men in connection with a shooting incident on Monroe Drive last Saturday. Deangelo Walker and Ge'keyvun Minneweather are both wanted on two counts of felony Deadly Conduct.
The victim reported that Walker and Minneweather were pursuing him in their vehicle on Richmond Road. He stated that he turned onto Monroe Drive, lost control of his vehicle in a curve, and crashed into a house. Gunshots were then heard from the street behind him. Although no injuries were reported, bullet holes were found in both the victim's car and the house. The elderly homeowners were inside their residence during the incident.
Authorities believe the altercation stems from a previous encounter between Walker and the victim at a local club several weeks ago.
