Paris Police officers arrested Damien Jace Freisen on Wednesday, April 17th, in the 100 block of E. Houston after contacting him for a traffic offense. Initially providing several different names, Freisen was eventually identified through paperwork in his possession.
Subsequent search revealed drug paraphernalia, leading to suspicions of narcotics trafficking.
Freisen was arrested for Failure to Identify by providing false information to officers and charged with possession of methamphetamine, a controlled substance.
