Paris Police responded to a disturbance call on Sunday, April 14th, in the 1100 block of Grove St. Upon arrival, they encountered Holden Shayne Harrell, 23.
Investigation revealed that Harrell, under the influence of alcohol, was engaged in a heated argument with a family member. Allegedly, Harrell brandished a firearm during the altercation, threatening both himself and the family member.
Police recovered a gun from the scene and subsequently arrested Harrell on charges of Terroristic Threat to a Family Member.
