On Thursday, April 11th, Paris Police officers detained 35-year-old Monica Grace Swann in the 200 block of 20th NE in Paris following a disturbance call.
Swann was observed chasing a family member along the street. It was revealed that the victim was safeguarded by a protective order, forbidding Swann from being in their vicinity.
Additionally, Swann had left a four-year-old child unattended during the incident.
Swann was consequently charged by the police for Violation of a Protective Order and Abandonment of a Child.
