At 9:41 am on Saturday, March 30th, the Pasadena Police Department received a distress call alerting them to a dog attack in the 1800 block of E. Martha Lane. Responding officers found an 8-day-old infant with severe head injuries, reportedly caused by the family dog.
The infant was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital via Lifeflight for urgent medical care. The Violent Crimes Unit and the Juvenile Division have launched an investigation into the incident.
