On Saturday, March 23rd, Paris Police officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on the 300 block of N. Main St. Upon arrival, officers found that one of the drivers involved, identified as Deezha Donielle King, aged 45, was exhibiting signs of intoxication. After failing all field sobriety tests, King was arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI) and was transported for a blood draw.
Further investigation uncovered that King had previously been convicted of DWI on two occasions. Consequently, she has been charged with DWI three or more times, which is classified as a felony offense.
