Paris Police Arrest 18-Year-Old for Assault After Biting Incident

Paris Police Officers arrested 18-year-old Christian Jack Ballard over the weekend following an assault incident in the 200 block of W. Brame. Ballard allegedly bit a victim before fleeing the scene. Police, who observed Ballard leaving the area, detained him and subsequently arrested him after gathering details of the case. Ballard has been charged with Assault, causing bodily injury.
