The first incident occurred around 4:50 PM when Investigators Jonathan Daille and Jonathan Barrios conducted a routine traffic stop on Palmetto Street. During the stop, passenger 39-year-old Sean Cole Freudenreich was found to have an active warrant for Parole Violation. A subsequent search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a plastic container containing suspected methamphetamine on the passenger seat where Freudenreich was seated. Freudenreich was promptly arrested and taken to Henderson County Jail, where he was booked for Possession of a controlled substance and the Parole Violation warrant.
Later that evening, around 10:40 PM, Investigators Daille and Barrios, along with Deputy Brad Beddingfield, executed a narcotics search warrant obtained from Henderson County Justice of the Peace Precinct 4, Milton Adams. The search took place at a location on Henderson County Road 1405, where suspected methamphetamine, along with packaging materials such as plastic baggies and a digital scale, were found.
35-year-old Jonathan Dewayne Adams and 33-year-old Angela Lynn Wisdom, both of Athens, were arrested at the scene and transported to Henderson County Jail, where they were booked for manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Adams bond was set at $100,000 and Wisdom's bond was set at $10,000.
