Paris Police responded to a call on Friday night, March 8, 2024, in the 400 block of SW 17th, where a female reported that an intoxicated male had broken her residence windows.
Upon arrival, officers found Rodil Betancourth, 28, inebriated and observed the damaged windows. Despite the homeowner's reluctance to press charges, Betancourth was arrested. He was booked for an outstanding Felony Lamar County Warrant for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information Items (less than five), Lamar County Warrant for False Driver License/ID, Judgement NISI, and was also charged with on-view Public Intoxication.
