Paris police officers arrested 57-year-old Shirley Jean Miller on Tuesday, March 5th, in the 400 block of NE 7th for outstanding warrants related to a terrorist threat to a family/household and assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
The warrants stemmed from an incident in June 2023, during which Miller, who was in a romantic relationship at the time, obtained a can of gasoline, returned to the scene of the initial assault, and threatened to burn down the victim’s house.
Authorities took Miller into custody without incident. Her bond has been set at $6,000.
