The rider of the motorcycle, identified as Charlie James Brumit, a 17-year-old male from Joshua, TX, sustained serious injuries and was rushed to a local hospital. Unfortunately, Brumit was later pronounced deceased.
Preliminary investigations suggest that the accident took place as a large group of motorcycles traveling together on Eastbound IH30 were navigating the exit to FM2642. Brumit's motorcycle reportedly struck a barrier, resulting in his ejection.
