Early Monday morning on March 4th, Paris Police officers responded to a call regarding intoxicated individuals causing a disturbance in the 3700 block of Lamar Ave.
Upon arrival, officers found several subjects already detained by Reno, TX, police officers. Among them were Tracie Michelle Barnes, 32, and Daniel Scott Villegas, 29, who were both found to be in an intoxicated state.
Additionally, Villegas was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine. Both individuals were charged with Public Intoxication, while Villegas faced an additional charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
